Refund policy

Copper Vein Company works with multiple fulfillment partners, including Syncee, Printful, and Printify. Returns and refunds for supplier‑fulfilled items follow the supplier’s rules. Supplier‑fulfilled items: Items must be returned to the supplier’s warehouse. We cannot accept supplier‑fulfilled items at our business address. Supplier decides acceptance, replacement, or refund. Supplier may require photos/videos and may require customer to pay return shipping unless defective. Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days with photos/videos. We will file a claim with the supplier. Supplier decides whether a return is required. Handmade items (fulfilled by Copper Vein Company): Returns accepted within 14 days. Must be unused and in original condition. Customer pays return shipping unless defective. Refund issued after inspection. How to start a return:
